Korinne and Patrick’s wedding day was a BLAST! It is always a pleasure to shoot at the gorgeous Club Continental… the ceremony site is absolutely gorgeous, and as you will see- we got the most amazing light for the formal pictures later that evening! :) As you scroll through this wedding, please be sure to notice all the hilarious moments such as Brent helping blow a fan under Korinne’s wedding dress in the getting ready room, the obvious moment in the reception when everyone was screaming out “Don’t Stop Believin'”  by Journey, and Korinne expressing her apparent “victory!” for getting Patrick to sign off on their marriage license. ;) But all joking aside, Korinne and Patrick are two of the sweetest people, and their wedding day was truly a wonderful celebration…we were SO thankful to be a part of this amazing day. Korinne and Patrick are now expecting their very first little miracle due in May, and I can’t wait to continue to document their love story as their sweet little family grows. :)

 I need to preface this by saying this- the very moment that I met Kelly, it was like we were old friends. I knew we were a perfect match. :) As Kelly told me about her very sweet and intimate wedding that she & Ryland were planning, I couldn’t wait to be a part of their day. Small/family weddings sometimes end up being some of my favorites. The hustle and bustle of the day is so minimal– and there is just so much extra time to focus on the REASON for the day in the first place. (Oh, and lots of extra time for bridal formals! ;) ) Speaking of formals- we did hit a little bit of a speed bump as the rain began to pour right after Kelly & Ryland’s wedding ceremony was complete…but that didn’t stop us! We took some formals in the church, and some outdoors with an umbrella… (if you can’t beat ’em, join ’em! right?) By the time we headed over to the DELICIOUS Matthew’s restaurant, the rain had basically let up. We did some formals inside the restaurant as well (hello- it is GORGEOUS in there, and I love a challenge!) & we were able to sneak outside for just a few downtown shots! The night finished up after dinner with some extremely heartfelt speeches, and a few quick dances. Brent and I were SO thankful to be a part of this special celebration… and I am looking forward to photographing Kelly & Ryland again in a few months, as they are now expecting their first little PRINCESS, due around Memorial Day!! xo!

 We had such an amazing time photographing Chris & Jes’ wedding at the beautiful Diamond D Ranch!! First of all- the venue is just beautiful. The details and COLORS that Jes chose were perfect… and their cake? Oh my gosh.. I LOVED it! This was a super typical August wedding in Florida… southern, sweltering hot, and quite the PARTY! During the garter removal, Jes played a pretty funny prank on her hubby… you’ll see how that one turned out- the whole crowd was hysterical! :) But in all seriousness, Jes & Chris are the sweetest & we were so glad to be a part of their wedding day. Congrats you two lovebirds! <3

 Tony and Nicole’s wedding was just a *little* extra special for Brent and I to photograph. Brent and the groom have been friends for about ten years now- so it was inevitable that we would be traveling up to Ohio to photograph his wedding. :) Personally, I had only met the couple once before, but when we parted ways at the wedding, it was like we were all old friends. Tony and Nicole are absolutely perfect for each other. There were multiple times that they had Brent and I both choking back tears during the day. From their SERIOUSLY adorable first look, to their first dance as husband and wife… it was a perfect day & we were SO lucky and thankful to be a part of the celebration. <3

When Danessa and I first met, we chatted and chatted like old friends. :) We actually found out at our initial meeting that we lived in the exact same condo complex, talk about a crazy coincidence! On Danessa and Michael’s wedding day, it rained.. and rained.. and rained! We had to move their outdoor ceremony inside, but it was okay because their venue is just as beautiful on the inside. :) However, the clouds did give us a little break (thankfully!) right around the time for formals- so we were able to sneak outside and snap some gorgeous pictures of the bridal party, and of the lovebirds. :) Danessa and Michael had their first dance to “All of Me by John Legend”.. and since then, Brent and I have both fell in love with that song! The party was a blast, the speeches were heartfelt and sweet, and everyone had a great time- including us! :) Thank you Michael & Danessa for having us be a part of your wedding day… I am so glad we met you both, and we feel so lucky to call you friends. xoxo!
